Maxillofacial surgery
Dr. Stephan Girthofer is an oralsurgeon with passion and enthusiasm – already in the third generation. Dental surgery needs competence and experience. This has been provided to our patients for over 20 years.
As a specialised dental practice for oral surgery and implantology in the centre of Munich, we can draw on over 25 years of implantological experience. Thanks to this experience, our patients can rely on a high success rate as well as a long-term and durable treatment result through the help of minimally invasive surgical techniques.
In 2001, the practice was recognised as a specialist practice for implantology by the German Society for Implantology (DGI), by the Association of German Implanting Dentists (BDIZ) and by the German Society for Implantology (DGZI). Since 2013, the practice has also been active as a teaching practice for the DGI.
Our goal is to perform procedures and treatments for you as gently and painlessly as possible.
Oral surgery
Oral surgery is a sub-specialty of dentistry including dental surgery. It is one of the specialization in dentistry, which is acquired through an additional four-year further training with a final examination at the respective state dental association.
Implantology
Implantology has been a scientifically recognised field of dentistry for over 40 years. As a specialised dental practice for oral surgery and implantology, we can already draw on over 25 years of implantological experience.
